1. Biman Bangladesh Airlines:

Biman Bangladesh Airlines is the first domestic airline in Bangladesh. This company started its journey in 1972 after Bangladesh got independence. This Airline work in 3 airports. But they divided their working sector into 2 categories, like the main or secondary hub. So their main hub is the Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka and the secondary hub is the Shah Amanat International Airport in Chittagong, Osmani International Airport in Sylhet. The headquarter is in Balaka Bhaban, located in Kurmitola, Dhaka. Currently, they have flown to 16 different countries. Also, they have air service agreements with about 42 other countries. It operates about 29 international flights from New York City to the west and Tokyo to the east. Until 23rd July 2007, Biman Bangladesh was fully owned by the Government of Bangladesh. While operating the country under the caretaker government, Biman Bangladesh Airlines was transformed into the largest public limited company. This airline mainly worked for Annual Hajj flights, transporting non-resident Bangladeshi workers and migrants, and the activities of its subsidiaries, form an integral part of the carrier’s business. Biman Bangladesh Airlines is planning to take the country’s two-colored flag to new heights with great pride around the world.

2. US-Bangla Airlines:

Us-Bangla airline is known for its standard of services, reliability, and ultimate flying comfort. US Bangla Airlines was established on 17 July 2014 and is known as one of the premium airlines in Bangladesh. On 15 May 2016, US Bangla Airlines entered the international airport. In 2016, they delivered four modern B737-800 aircraft to SAARC, Middle East (GCC), and Southeast Asian countries to expand their frequency wings in different cities. During the year 2017 US-Bangla Airlines operated the maximum number of flights, transported the maximum number of passengers which is about 50% of the total domestic market share. US-Bangla Airlines operates daily in Syedpur, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Jessore, Barisal, Chattogram, and Cox’s Bazar. On the other hand, after being allowed to enter the international space, they dominated the international clouds of Oman, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Kolkata, and Qatar.

3. Regent Airways:

Regent Airways is wholly owned by the Habib Group and operated by them. In addition to Regent Airways, Habib Group has a large portfolio of businesses such as electricity, steel, readymade garments, textiles, spinning, cement, paper, and fertilizers. Habib group started its airline company on 10 November 2010.
Regent Airways began commercial flight operations using its fleet of two Canadian-built Bombardier Dash-8-Q300 aircraft. It is the first airline of Bangladesh to have received approval for its Safety Management System Manual from the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) which is an internationally acknowledged standard set forth by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Regent Airways is becoming the airline of choice for passengers. They have also proven to be a timely performer and have completed 9 (nine) years of work.
